Delivery
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK, however please ensure you choose the correct shipping location by postcode at checkout as some areas may cost more including parts of England, Scottish Highlands and Islands including areas north of Glasgow/Edinburgh border, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkeny Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
All of our products are available for collection, please contact us if you wish to collect.
Please note all of our Wydales come with the hook set to be attached by customer, this ensures we can send the Wydales with the cheapest delivery option that allows them to be stacked together.

Lead times
Lead times can vary depending on stock however we aim to get the order to you as soon as possible. If the lead time changes after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as we can to keep you updated. If you require a product for a specific time frame, please contact the sales team and they will be able to offer guidance. We aim for products to be delivered within 14 days from order.

Price match
If you find a better price elsewhere, please contact us and we will do our best to match it, however we cannot guarentee we can beat all price matches.

Returns
If you wish to return your order, please contact us via email with the following:
Order number, Name, Email, Reason for return and contact number.
Please note, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and buyers pay and organise return shipping. All returns must be in unused, brand new condition with no signs of use.
